This detached house is suited for 6 persons. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with adjacent dining room and a spacious kitchen.
Downstairs
The fully equipped kitchen is provided with a fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and an oven. The villa is provided with air conditioning in the dining room and master bedroom. There’s satellite TV with English channels. The living room is tastefully decorated. From the living room you’ll reach the covered front terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast.
The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a bath/shower, bidet, toilet and sink. The other bedroom has 2 single beds. At the hallway there’s a bathroom with a very large shower, toilet and sink.
Upstairs
The first floor bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and has a bath/shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
From the bedroom the roof terrace can be reached.
Linen and towels are provided for at the house. There’s a BBQ present. The garden has a large private pool (10 x 4) and there are sunbeds to relax in the sun overlooking the pool. Next to the pool there’s a jazebo which provides shade in the burning afternoon sun and is also a perfect place to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can park your car within the property at the drive.

It’s not allowed to smoke in this villa. Pets are not allowed.
The house is situated in a suburb of Mazarrón, a 15-minute drive from the sandy beaches. At urbanization Camposol, as which the suburb is called, there are restaurants, bars, internet café's, a supermarket, a swimming pool, a bowling alley and a golf course. Near Camposol there is a healing hot spring. The center of Mazarrón is approximate 10 minutes by car away. Beaches and social outings can be found in Puerto de Mazarrón at the coast (15 minutes). Both towns, like most towns at the Costa Calida, are not yet overcrowded with tourism.
