This detached 4 person villa is situated at the Golf course of Mosa Trajectum. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Downstairs there’s a living room with dining area, a toilet with wash basin and a well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a washing machine, clothes dryer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster etc. In the living room there is a double sofa bed that can be used for any guests that like to stay over for the night. Linen for the sofa bed can be supplied on request.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with ceiling fans. The master bedroom with double bed has patio doors that lead out onto a large balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The other bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet, sink and bidet.
Linen and towels are present at the house.
Throughout the entire villa there’s an air-conditioning and heating system. The villa also has satellite TV.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful shared garden in which there is a magnificent split-level 10 x 10 metre shared private swimming pool (shared with only 5 other villas on the plot). The swimming pool and gardens are regularly maintained to be always in excellent condition. The villa itself has a large terrace complete with parasol, 2 sun beds, table and chairs, and of course a BBQ etc. There is also ample car parking at the rear of the villa.
The villa is in the middle of a fantastic 27 hole championship golf course, which has been built to the exacting standards of the PGA & USGA, and a 9 holes par 3 “Challenge Course”. Realy a fabulous golf course to play or to improve your game with lessons from the clubs professional. In addition there are many other golf courses to play in the area, in short the resort forms the perfect location for your golfing holiday or for just relaxing by the pool.

Mosa Trajectum
The exclusive golf resort Mosa Trajectum is situated between the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor (Costa Calida) and the historical city of Murcia.
The airport of San Javier (Murcia Airport) is about a 15 minute drive away.
The center of Mosa Trajectum is formed by a 300 year old Parador that is reconstructed to a hotel/restaurant. Another hotel, several shops and a sports complex will be added. In the immediate surrounding area you can find some Spanish restaurants and small supermarkets. There are tennis and paddle tennis courts on the complex and areas for the children to play safely. Behind the complex is a large protected nature reserve that is perfectly suited for cycling, walking and horse riding etc.
The Mar Menor (a 15-minute drive) with its beautiful beaches is actually a large inland sea and is connected to the Mediterranean. Therefore it has ideal conditions (315 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of 18 °C) for all kind of forms of water sports. The water is always about 4-5 degrees warmer than the Mediterranean.
This region is also known as spa because of the many mud baths and the water of Mar Menor, rich in minerals.
