This detached 6 person’s villa is situated right along the Golf course of Mosa Trajectum. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Downstairs there’s one bedroom with 2 single beds. There’s also a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink.
From the living room, with dining area, you can enter the garden directly. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave and an oven.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds) and 1 bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, sink and bidet. From each bedroom you can enter the large balcony, from which you have a beautiful view on the golf course. Linen and towels are available on request for 12,50 euro per person.
Throughout the entire villa there’s an air-conditioning and heating system. This villa is also equipped with satellite television (Dutch).
In the spacious garden there’s a private pool and there are sun beds and garden furniture present.

If you rent a holiday home at Mosa Trajectum, you’re entitled to a considerable discount on the green fee of the golf course. With the so called “golf users right” you’re entitled to a discount of no less than 60% (with a maximum of 4 persons).

Mosa Trajectum
The exclusive golf resort Mosa Trajectum is situated between the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor (Costa Calida) and the historical city of Murcia. The airport of San Javier (Murcia Airport) is about a 15 minute drive away. The center of Mosa Trajectum is formed by a 300 year old Parador that is reconstructed to a hotel/restaurant. Another hotel, several shops and a sports complex will be added. In the immediate surrounding area you can find some Spanish restaurants and small supermarkets.
The Mar Menor (a 25-minute drive) with its beautiful beaches is actually a large inland sea and is connected to the Mediterranean. Therefore it has ideal conditions (315 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of 18 °C) for all kind of forms of water sports. The water is always about 4-5 degrees warmer than the Mediterranean. This region is also known as spa because of the many mud baths and the water of the Mar Menor, rich in minerals.
