This apartment is suited for 4 persons. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with a dining area and a kitchen.
The fully equipped kitchen is provided with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and an oven. A washing machine is present and in the living room there’s a TV with spanish channels. Throughout the entire apartment there’s air conditioning and central heating. From the living room with dining area you’ll reach a terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner overlooking the golf course. This terrace has sun throughout the day. There’s also a small covered balcony, to be reached from the kitchen.
There’s a bedroom with a double bed. The other bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom is provided with a bath/shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin.
Linen and towels are provided for at the apartment. You can park your car at the parking space provided for you at the car park of the apartment complex. From there you can go to the apartment with the elevator.

The apartment is situated in the urbanisation La Torre, near the town of Torre Pacheco. At a 10 to 15-minute drive you’ll reach the sandy beaches of the Mar Menor. At urbanisation La Torre there are a supermarket, restaurants, several swimming pools, child’s play areas and a 18 holes golf course. Th urbanisation has security.
The nice, historical city of Murcia is approximate 20 minutes by car away. The airport of Murcia-San Javier is at a 10 minute drive distance and the airport of Alicante is 40 minutes away. La Torre, but also the rest of the Costa Cálida, is not yet overcrowded with tourism.
