This detached house is suitable for 6 persons. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with a dining area and a large kitchen with dining table.
The fully equipped kitchen is provided with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave and an oven. There’s air conditioning in the living room and each bedroom and there’s flamisch satelite TV present. The spacious living room with dining area is tastefully decorated. From the kitchen you’ll reach a terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast overlooking the pool.
Around the villa there are several terraces. Two covered ones provide shade in the burning afternoon sun and are also a perfect place to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner. The largest bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. This bathroom has a bath/shower, a separate shower, toilet and sink. The other bedrooms each have two single beds. At the hallway there’s a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
Linen and towels are provided for at the house. There’s a BBQ present. The garden has a large private pool with sunbeds. Near the pool there’s a covered sitting area with a table and 6 chairs. This terrace has a small kitchen with a sink and a small fridge. There’s also a toilet present.
You can park your car within the property.

It’s not allowed to smoke in this villa. Pets are not allowed.
The house is situated in a suburb of Mazarrón, a 15-minute drive from the sandy beaches. At urbanization Camposol, as which the suburb is called, there are restaurants, bars, internet café's, a supermarket, a swimming pool, a bowling alley and a golf course. Near Camposol there is a healing hot spring. The center of Mazarrón is approximate 10 minutes by car away. Beaches and social outings can be found in Puerto de Mazarrón at the coast (15 minutes). Both towns, like most towns at the Costa Calida, are not yet overcrowded with tourism.
