This townhouse has room for a total of 6 persons. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room including a dining room and a kitchen. The kitchen has the usual items of oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The kitchen leads into a private rear courtyard utility area, which has a separate sink, washing machine and an airer for drying clothes. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedrooms have separate beds. Linen and towels are present.

All rooms have air-conditioning and heating. Other facilities:

The house has a front terrace with garden furniture, a first floor balcony and the second floor bedroom leads on to a private roof solarium equipped with sun-loungers and commanding outstanding views of San Blas Pine Forest and the surrounding area. There is a communal pool for the exclusive use of residents (two pool chairs/loungers provided). In this house it's not allowed to smoke or have pets.

The townhouse is situated in the town Santiago de la Ribera at a 5 to 10 minute walk to the centre. The beaches are 800 meters away. Nearby there are several golf courses. The town of Santiago de la Ribera is situated on the north shore of the Mar Menor, 5-10 mins drive from Murcia (San Javier) airport and 25 mins drive from the La Manga strip.

Nearby Village are: Los Alcázares, Punta Brava, Los Nietos and Los Urrutias

Santiago de la Ribera evolved from a fishing village into the premier summer holiday destination for well-heeled Murcian families, who built their houses along the coastline.

Although Santiago de la Ribera has a modern, exclusive feel with an attractive esplanade flanked by palm trees that run the length of the beautiful sandy beach, it has not lost any of its original charm.

An excellent sailing club, a water sports school and scores of excellent bars and restaurants, together with the warmth of the local people, make this beautiful town a unique holiday destination.

This place, and the rest of the Costa Calida, is not yet overcrowded with tourism.
