There is also satellite-tv, a DVD player, a stereo, an electric heater and there are ceiling fans present in the house. The bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet, bidet and sink. One bedroom has a double bed. The other bedroom has two single beds.

This house has a small front garden and there are several terraces including a covered front terrace and a roof terrace. There is also a barbecue present.
The house is situated in a suburb of Mazarrón, a 15-minute drive from the sandy beaches. At urbanization Camposol, as which the suburb is called, there are restaurants, bars, internet café's, a supermarket, a swimming pool, a bowling alley and a golf course. Near Camposol there is a healing hot spring. The center of Mazarrón is approximate 10 minutes by car away. Beaches and social outings can be found in Puerto de Mazarrón at the coast (15 minutes). Both towns, like most towns at the Costa Calida, are not yet overcrowded with tourism.
