This apartment in the center of Puerto de Mazarron has room for a total of 6 persons. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room with a dining corner, a bathroom and a kitchen.
The fully fitted kitchen has an oven, microwave and a washing machine. There is also a television with Spanish and English channels. Ventilation is provided by overhead fans. You can use the enclosed private parking.
The bathroom has a bath/shower, bidet, toilet and sink. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two separate beds. In the living room there's a sofa where two persons can sleep on. From the living room the balcony can be reached, that offers views of the swimming pool and the garden. Linen and towels are present in the apartment.
This built block has two communal pools, each with a children's section. There are two small playgrounds from which one is next to the apartment. The built block is enclosed by a wall and provided with lockable gates.
The sand beaches of Puerto de Mazarrón are only a 300 meters away. The beach has been consistently awarded the coveted Blue Flag status for its high water quality. The apartment is situated in the town, close to amenities. At walking distance of supermarkets, internet cafes, bars, restaurants and banks are all easily reached.
The Apartment block has a full access for wheelchair users.
This town, aswell as the rest of the Costa Cálida, isn't yet overcrowded with tourism.
