This finca has room for a total of 6 persons. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen.
The kitchen has an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, satellite-tv, DVD-player, central heating, a wood burner and air-conditioning present in the house.
All bathrooms have a shower, toilet and sink. Two bedrooms have double beds, the other bedroom has two separated beds.
Linen and towels are present in the house. It's a wheelchair friendly house including some means, like a bed hoist and adjusted shower. The house has a small front garden and a communal patio.
The house has a communal pool (shared with 2 houses at the most). There is a covered terrace with a fridge and there is a barbecue present.
The house is situated just outside the village La Pinilla. It's a 30-minute drive to the sandy beaches of Puerto de Mazarrón and the same distance to the city Cartagena. At the distance of 15 minutes there is a beautiful golf course (18 holes): Hacienda del Alamo. The small city Fuente Alamo with its choice of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets is about 15 minutes away.
These places, but also the rest of the Costa Calida, are not yet overcrowded with tourism.
