This terraced house has room for 6 persons. It has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with dining table and a kitchen.
The fully fitted kitchen has among other things an oven and a microwave. There is also a washing machine, satellite-tv and DVD-player.
The bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet, bidet and sink. One bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has two separate beds and in the third
bedroom there is a sofabed where two persons can sleep on.
Linen and towels are present in the house. The house is equipped with airconditioning and ceiling-fans for the summer. Electric radatiors warm up the house in the cooler winter evenings.
This house has several terraces with a large roofterrace. Gardenfurniture and barbeque are present.
The house is situated in a suburb of Mazarrón, a 15-minute drive from the sandy beaches. At urbanization Camposol, as which the suburb is called, there are restaurants, bars, internet café's, a supermarket, a swimming pool, a bowling alley and a golf course. Near Camposol there is a healing hot spring. The center of Mazarrón is approximate 10 minutes by car away. Beaches and social outings can be found in Puerto de Mazarrón at the coast (15 minutes). Both towns, like most towns at the Costa Calida, are not yet overcrowded with tourism.
