This 4-persons ground floor apartment is situated in a small and modern built block in Puerto de Mazarrón. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room with dining corner,
a bathroom and a kitchen.The fully fitted kitchen has an oven, microwave and a washing machine. The bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet and sink. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two seperate beds. From the living room the balcony can be reached that offers views of the mountains. A safe provides secure storage for valuable items. Linen and towels are present in the apartment. Ventilation is provided by overhead fans.
This built block has a communal pool with a sea view. The sand beaches of Puerto de Mazarrón are only a five minute walk away. The beach has been consistently awarded the coveted Blue Flag status for its high water quality. The apartment is situated in the town, close to amenities. Supermarkets, internet cafes, bars, restaurants and banks are all easily reached.
The apartment has a full access for wheelchair users.
This town, aswell as the rest of the Costa Calida, isn't yet overcrowded with tourism.
