This detached house has room for a total of 6 persons. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with dining room and a kitchen. There's also a garage.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and an oven. There is also a washing machine, satellite-tv, and a stereo.
The bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet, and sink. Both bedrooms have a double bed and ceiling fans.
In the living room there is a sofa where two persons can sleep on.
Linen and towels are present in the house. In the garden there is a private pool and there are several terraces including a covered terrace. There's also a roof terrace from which there's a fantastic view. There is a barbeque present.
The house is situated in a suburb of Mazarrón, a 15-minute drive from the sandy beaches. At urbanization Camposol, as which the suburb is called, there are restaurants, bars, internet café's, a supermarket, a swimming pool, a bowling alley and a golf course. Near Camposol there is a healing hot spring. The center of Mazarrón is approximate 10 minutes by car away. Beaches and social outings can be found in Puerto de Mazarrón at the coast (15 minutes). Both towns, like most towns at the Costa Calida, are not yet overcrowded with tourism.
