This beautiful holiday home with private pool has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and has room for a maximum of 6 persons. This villa has a several terraces, including covered ones to provide some shade from the sun and a roof terrace.
On the groundfloor, there's a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Via the outside stairs, you can reach the first floor. There you will find a two person bedroom and a roof solarium with two sunbeds to enjoy sunbading.
In the lining room there’s a fire place. The half open kitchen is of modern design and equipped with an oven, dishwasher, kettle, fridge/freezer and hob. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
Outside there is a washing area with a sink, washingmachine and a shower. The plot is surrounded by a fence. You can park your car inside this fence.

The villa is situated in a small complex called Country Club, outside Mazarrón at a 10 minute drive from the sandy beaches.
Country Club has amenities including bar/restaurant, tennis courts, petanque courts and a large communal pool area complete with snack shop. The communal pool is only open July/August and a small entrance fee is payable.
Nearby there's a hot spring and a supermarket, restaurants, bars, internetcafe’s, a pool, a Ten Pin Bowling and a golf course.
The centre of Mazarrón with its covered market is a 5-10 minute drive away.
Beaches and social outings you can find in Puerto de Mazarrón at the coast (10 minutes).
Both places, and the rest of the Costa Calida, are not yet overcrowded with tourism.
