This detached house has room for a total of 6 persons. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with a dining area and a kitchen.
Downstairs
The kitchen is provided with a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and an oven. There’s English satelite TV present. The nicely decorated living room is provided with air conditioning.
One bedroom has a double bed. This bedroom has air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom with a bath/shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin. The other bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom at the hall way has a shower, toilet and wash basin.
Upstairs
The first floor can be reached through stairs next to the house (on the outside). The large bedroom has two single beds. There’s air conditioning present. The ensuite bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin.
From the bedroom the roof terrace can be reached. Here there are 4 sun loungers to enjoy sunbading.
Linen and towels are present at the house. Next to the house there is a BBQ area. The large garden has a large private pool of 10 x 5 m. There are sunbeds to relax in the sun. There are several terraces including a covered back terrace where you can enjoy having a snack and drink overlooking the lovely pool.

It’s not allowed to smoke in this villa. Pets are not allowed.
The house is situated in a suburb of Mazarrón, a 15-minute drive from the sandy beaches. At urbanization Camposol, as which the suburb is called, there are restaurants, bars, internet café's, a supermarket, a swimming pool, a bowling alley and a golf course. Near Camposol there is a healing hot spring. The center of Mazarrón is approximate 10 minutes by car away. Beaches and social outings can be found in Puerto de Mazarrón at the coast (15 minutes). Both towns, like most towns at the Costa Calida, are not yet overcrowded with tourism.
