This detached house has room for a total of 6 persons. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with adjacent dining room and a kitchen.
The kitchen has a microwave and an oven. There is also a washing machine, satellite-tv, stereo and a fire place present in the house.
The bathrooms have a bath/shower, toilet, sink and bidet. One of the bathrooms is adjacent to the bedroom with a double bed. The other bedroom has two separate beds. In the living room there's a sofa where two persons can sleep on.
Linen and towels are present in the house. In the spacious garden there is a private pool and there are several terraces including a covered terrace and a roof terrace. There is a barbeque present.
The house is situated in a suburb of Mazarrón, a 15-minute drive from the sandy beaches. At urbanization Camposol, as which the suburb is called, there are restaurants, bars, internet café's, a supermarket, a swimming pool, a bowling alley and a golf course. Near Camposol there is a healing hot spring. The center of Mazarrón is approximate 10 minutes by car away. Beaches and social outings can be found in Puerto de Mazarrón at the coast (15 minutes). Both towns, like most towns at the Costa Calida, are not yet overcrowded with tourism.
